LOCOMOTIVE CONDUCTOR TRAINEE
The Allegheny Valley Railroad Company and the Southwest Pennsylvania Railroad Company is looking for safety minded, dedicated qualified candidates to fill the position of LOCOMOTIVE CONDUCTOR TRAINEE. The position reports to the Trainmaster. Candidates must be available to work all shifts. Hourly rate of the position is $18.81. All candidates must pass the FRA requirements:

|LEVEL OF EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Pittsburgh / Greensburg, PA
Primary job responsibilities will encompass the construction, installation, repair, maintenance, testing and inspection of crossing warning systems on both Southwest Pennsylvania Railroad and the Allegheny Valley Railroad Companies with occasional requirements on both the Ohio Terminal Railway and the Camp Chase Railroad Companies. Candidate must be able to read schematic diagrams in maintenance and instruction manuals and understand mechanical principles. Candidates must posses a valid driver's license and pass background driver's check to be eligible. Company vehicle will be supplied. Successful candidates will be assigned to random drug & alcohol pool and be subject to all FRA hours of service regulation.
|LEVEL OF EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED and minimum of one to three years of related technical experience / training or equivalent.
